Kate has broad experience in Economics, Actuarial Sciences, and Statistics. She’s led data modeling for very large and well known consumer websites including a fortune 10 company. Her job is utilizing data to ensure customers get the most out of our products. An avid reader, most days you’ll find her digging into the latest YA Sci-fi novels, or dreaming of her next overseas vacation.

Ian got his start in technology writing documentation as a technical writer, but these days he loves writing code. Ian leverages this history by developing software with user experience at front of mind. His goal is to create software that’s intuitive enough that documentation is rarely needed. When he isn’t at the computer, Ian enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, or hanging out with friends enjoying a good craft beer and free pizza from Tim.

Randy has over 20 years of experience in technology with 15 years in leadership positions at small and enterprise scale businesses. He has successfully led teams in an extensive array of technology areas such as User Experience (UX), Web Front-end Development, Product Management, Business Analysis, and Mobile Development (iOS and Android). Randy has an exceptional eye and deep passion for user-centric design and is passionate for designing and creating global innovative customer-focused digital experiences using data driven methodologies, and in several organizations has built stellar teams of UX professionals from the ground up.

Since receiving her bachelors degree in information technology, Saroj has been hiring, building, supporting, encouraging, and sometimes cajoling teams of rockstar developers for over 15 years. When not working or practicing her daily sadhana’s, she also serves as a director on several volunteer boards for causes that are near and dear to her heart.

Parth received his Bachelors in Engineering, and now spends his time as one of our key front end developers at ConnectTMA. Ever eager to learn new things and take on more work, he’s a frequent contributor to many open source projects, especially Angular. His goal is to make our software easy to use. When not coding, he’s planning a grand wedding with his wonderful fiancee — he tells us everyone is invited!
Parth Sapra


Dan has been building, designing, testing, architecting, and securing software and data for nearly forty years in fields as varied as embedded control systems, operating system internals, network services, email systems, and accounting systems. “Telling computers what to do since 1982.” An electrical engineer and computer scientist by training at the University of Connecticut, his focus in recent years is on application and software development process security.

Traci graduated from Michigan State University with my BA in Accounting. She spent ~4 years with a small Michigan CPA firm where she successfully completed her CPA certification. Since then, she’s spent her time in various Finance and Accounting roles for a variety of technology companies, most recently Thomson Reuters. She’s a proud mom of a dancing daughter, and in her spare time she enjoys walking, hiking and golfing.

Traci Kriesel


Gaurav has a strong background in Software Engineering, receiving a Masters degree in Computer Applications, and having worked at a number of progressive software companies for 8+ years. Today, he is primarily responsible for ConnectTMA’s back end software development stack. He never lets us take shortcuts when it comes to sound engineering principals, ensuring our software is reliable, fast, and efficient. He has many hobbies, including music, singing, travelling, and photography.

Brian is an accountant, technologist, and product professional. He has many years of experience leading teams to create leading edge software solutions. He tries to follow “the main thing is to make the main thing the main thing” when managing competing project demands. When not trying to solve software puzzles, Brian likes to go on long runs.
