Peter is our fearless founder, a managing partner at a law firm, and a former registered nurse. He leads the overall vision of ConnectTMA ensuring that we create software that makes the lives of our customers better. Peter is a true servant leader and his kindness encourages us all to do our best.
Rosetta has been a paralegal for longer than she cares to admit, managing cases across a broad spectrum. She’s experienced in running Marketing, Operations, and Collections for multiple businesses. She always has a smile on her face that is sure to brighten up the office no matter how late everyone is working.
Jon is a seasoned executive with experience leading startups and high growth, large scale business. His last business had operating income margins in excess of 50%, while growing year over year for 21 years straight. He loves being a mentor and building world class leadership teams.
Frank’s broad software development experience ranges from early stage startups, to fortune 100 companies. He’s led global software teams building mobile, desktop, web, and cloud native applications utilized by millions of users world wide. He likes pie.
Brian is an accountant, technologist, and product professional. He has many years of experience leading teams to create leading edge software solutions. He tries to follow “the main thing is to make the main thing the main thing” when managing competing project demands. When not trying to solve software puzzles, Brian likes to go on long runs.
Mike is a proven progressive revenue leader who has excelled in building highly skilled buyer-centric sales organizations. He has over 25 years of leadership experience in large, complex corporations, hyper-growth mid-market private equity and early-stage boot-strap start-up technology organizations.
Mike spent over 21 years with Thomson Reuters where he started right out of college and worked his way through numerous promotions and significant accomplishments. In his last position at Thomson Reuters, he was the Large Firm (Enterprise) Lead in sales and account management where he worked with a large consulting firm to transform two business units into one. Prior to that he was head of Enterprise, where he turned around a stalled business, doubling new sales in just a couple of years.
Most recently, Mike was Vice President of Sales for one division of Trintech where he built a sales organization, put in place new processes, and produced double digit growth in six out of eight quarters.
Mike stresses the employee and the customer in all interactions, creating exceptional cultures and success, wherever he has gone. His belief is that if you take care of those two stakeholder groups, success will follow.
Tim has always had passion for the creative arts, and was literally 1/2 inch from being a rock and roll star! These days he loves translating complex technical concepts into products and websites that make sense to anyone. He keeps creating even when he’s off the clock and like Lupa, loves a great beer.
Jon’s accustomed to leading the development of products with hundreds of developers generating over $250M in annual revenue. His friends call him the professor because he loves to share his wealth of software development architectural knowledge with experts and novices a like. He loves beer and pickled beets.
Kate has broad experience in Economics, Actuarial Sciences, and Statistics. She’s led data modeling for very large and well known consumer websites including a fortune 10 company. Her job is utilizing data to ensure customers get the most out of our products. An avid reader, most days you’ll find her digging into the latest YA Sci-fi novels, or dreaming of her next overseas vacation.
Bryan is an Innovative, purposeful executive with over 20 years of experience uniting business strategies with marketing capabilities. He’s a data-driven leader experienced in marketing, technology, sales, and customer service holistic perspective and deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns and digital channels.
Bryan’s experience running marketing teams extends across small and large as well as local and remote. He’s been recognized with awards such as The CPA Practice Advisor Top 40 Under 40 Leaders in the Profession, Webby Award Honoree, Best Use of Data – Award of Excellence, Best of Brand Awards, and Spotlight Award for Canada Spearhead Launch (Agile). He’s a featured speaker as well, most recently the online seminar, “Data and Planning: How the data you have helps to align marketing with business goals” discussing open communication, tools, and data to ensure the marketing plan aligns to the goals of the business.
From training to technical support, Brian brings with him a wealth of experience in helping customers successfully run their business. His talents don’t stop there however, as he’s even been known to lend his booming voice to an occasional marketing video.
Traci graduated from Michigan State University with my BA in Accounting. She spent ~4 years with a small Michigan CPA firm where she successfully completed her CPA certification. Since then, she’s spent her time in various Finance and Accounting roles for a variety of technology companies, most recently Thomson Reuters. She’s a proud mom of a dancing daughter, and in her spare time she enjoys walking, hiking and golfing.
